I am doing the same because with Christmas I ate horrible things. The sweets I ate have made me ache all over. I have been drinking dandelion tea and have takes 2 organic oranges, 2 organic lemons, an inch of ginger cut up. I cut it all up put it in distilled water, boil it, then let it simmer for about 20 minutes and drink it. I would feel much worse had I not been doing this every night.
Epsom salt, baking soda, & apple cider vinegar bath too.
